On this page, the Data Controller provides information on the processing of personal data relating to Users visiting or consulting the website accessible at Internet address https://internationalpeaceconference.info/. Browsing data

Access to the website does not require the User's personal details to be entered, but the transmission of browsing data is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects but, by its very nature and by way of association and processing with data held by third parties, it could allow Users to be identified. Data provided by the User

The processing relates to personal data voluntarily provided by the User when interacting with the website's functions or requesting use of the services offered on the website.

Forms:

The provision of data entered by filling in forms on the website is necessary in order to be able to publish comments and respond to requests. The legal basis for processing for these purposes is provided by the consent given by the User. The provision of certain personal data by the User is obligatory in order to allow www.internationalpeaceconference.info to manage communications, requests received from the User or to contact the User in order to follow up on any requests. Media:

Users uploading images to the website should avoid images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. The legal basis for processing for these purposes is provided by the User's consent (Article 6 of Regulation 2016/679/EU) The User undertakes responsibility for the personal data of third parties obtained, published or shared through this application and guarantees that he/she has the right to communicate or disseminate same, releasing the Data Controller from any liability towards third parties. With reference to the aspects of personal data protection, the User is invited, pursuant to Article 33 of Regulation 2016/679/EU, to report to the Data Controller any circumstances or events from which a potential data breach may arise, in order to allow for immediate assessment and adoption of any action aimed at countering such an event. Donation

The processing is intended to enable the Data Controller to perform all the formalities connected with donation, including activities instrumental thereto (e.g. communications regarding payments, donation summaries) and all that is necessary to comply with applicable regulations (tax, civil law, administrative) or other legal obligations of the Data Controller. Processing for these purposes is based on the relationship established between the Data Controller and the data subject relating to the support and fulfilment of legal obligations by the Data Controller. The provision of all data necessary to manage donations is obligatory, failing which, it will be impossible to provide this form of support. Method of Processing and Storage of Personal Data

Processing is performed both manually and with the aid of electronic or other computerized means by the Data Controller in order to store, manage and transmit the data. The data are processed in accordance with the principles of correctness, fairness and transparency provided for by current legislation on the protection of personal data and safeguarding of confidentiality by way of technical and organizational security measures aimed at preventing loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access to the data. Transfer of data to a Third Country

Duration of data retention

The data will be stored for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case no longer than 10 years for civil law, tax and accounting purposes.
